We’ve been covering a good bit of knowledge since January as we dove into the nervous and circulatory system, part of my recently launched series Basics Matter.

For this reason, I want to leave the remaining 3 weeks of March for you to calmly read through it all, before we dive into the next system in April.

We will resume with the Respiratory System. It will be an amazing ride! Stay tuned. Audio-newsletters for the latest publications will also be recorded and sent to your inbox in this period of time.

I will also use a short pause to enjoy family time as we attend my sister’s wedding— and as I celebrate my birthday today March 13th! It’s all going to be exciting and I want to be really present through it all.
