In our last newsletter I introduced you to the concept of Green Prescriptions, what they are, and how they can positively impact both your physical and mental health. Many healthcare systems are now doing it, and it’s time for me as a preventive healthcare provider to join this wonderful movement. As I shared in my previous email:
“This beautiful and powerful evolution of conventional medical intervention is inviting people to rethink their lifestyles. In essence, it’s an invitation and series of prompts to get more involved in Nature-based activities, as prescribed by a healthcare provider.”
This month we celebrate the inauguration of The Green Prescription Club, available to all paid members of this newsletter. It’s a recurring monthly activity, but anyone can sign up at any time during the month if they want to participate.
