New series! You ask, I answer. Today we talk about the most common general health concerns: on insomnia, back pain, tendinitis, supplements and depression meds withdrawal.
Just placed an order for an ergo mouse, hoping that it will be easier on my hand/wrist. As do most people these days, my job involves a LOT of computer work.
At home, I have a stretching bar and use that throughout the day to give my body a break. Also going up and down the stairs in 5-lap sets. I've noticed a buildup of muscle. (It scared me at first - I thought I was putting on weight, but I hadn't changed my diet. It finally hit me that muscle weighs more than... the other. ;-)
I don't suppose they sell any ergo equipment for one's eyes... mine really get tired, even with breaks and looking out the window... warm compresses help, though. Glad that many Substack writers offer the audio option on their posts. I listen instead of read everything. Doesn't work with other languages, however. Substack, listen up!!! ;-)
Thank you so much Laurène! It was incredibly productive to co-work today, I'm glad we did! I kept on going and managed to finish this newsletter. 😊 Thanks for the feedback!🙏🏻
Another excellent - and VERY useful - post, Dr. Mariana. Didn’t know about that mouse! Going to check that out immediately. Keep up the great work.
I love how active and interested you are, Louise! I applaud you. And I'm glad this was helpful too. 🥳
