I love these! And I realise I do some more than others 🙄 so it is the perfect reminder. One extra one I do regularly as I work so much on the computer is to unfocus the eyes. I was taught that peripheral vision activates the PNS so it is instant relaxation. Besides, Pitta gets into the body through the eyes and I certainly don’t need anymore!

Im so glad it resonated, Laura! That’s a really good one you mentioned. I’ve learned and practiced that one before, while lying down and moving the eyes like you say, and yawning was always almost an instant reaction - which as you know, is synonym for '‘nervous system relaxation’. :)

These are all so helpful! I am definitely a jaw clencher and my tongue always presses against the roof of my mouth. The other three....are helpful too 😂. I think #5 would be quite the eye-catching book title
