I was taught that peripheral vision activates the PNS so it is instant relaxation. Besides, Pitta gets into the body through the eyes and I certainly don’t need anymore!

These are all so helpful! I am definitely a jaw clencher and my tongue always presses against the roof of my mouth. The other three....are helpful too 😂. I think #5 would be quite the eye-catching book title
