Welcome to our second edition of The Green Prescription Club!
If you’re new around here, let me give you a quick intro.
Last month I announced the launching of The Green Prescription Club, a monthly activity for paid subscribers in which I, as a healthcare provider, will subscribe an outdoor-related activity for everyone to perform. At the end of every month we will gather on a virtual call to share our experiences and answer any questions you might have.
We went successfully through our first month with a good deal of walking and hiking prescribed. This activity brought meaningful personal realisations your health journeys. It was a good hype.
