oooh I love this. Your worksheet is much prettier looking than my clumsy spreadsheet that was only tracking a couple of these items.

Haha love it, and yay! Hope it helps! I'd love to hear how it goes after a couple of weeks of filling it up. Also, thanks for being here, you made my day. 😊

It's really interesting to hear about the body's language and the dialogue between different parts of it. I was aware researchers were looking at how the mind/gut interaction works, but it seems from what you say, this conversation inside us is way bigger. Thank you! It's just a pity I'm such a poor linguist :)

Its definitely interesting, yes. The brain-gut connection has been for sure the first among all those connections to be now so studied and recognised. And the more we study, the more we realise how everything connects in more than one way, starting with all chemical transmitters and many other vital particles in charge of cell communication. If we go to the cellular level, physiologically and biochemically speaking, is absolutely fascinating to encounter the way they all communicate and work together. And in macro terms, we can indeed understand all this as a way to interpret what the body is doing and telling. 😊 Thanks for your comment and for reading, Jeffrey!

I think I'm actually going to commit to this for a couple of weeks. I used to keep a headache diary of when they occurred but I have never kept a diary of daily habits that might contribute to them. I have no clue if my headaches are stress related, hormonal, food related, etc. I just know that they ruin my life every time I have one!

Oooh that's definitely debilitating, I hear you. I've had a season earlier in life where I had migraines 3x/week...awful! Eventually it all came down to super low water intake, digestive inflammation and bad emotional stress. Insane how much this awareness helps! I'm glad you're going for it. 🎉🎉🎉

Thanks Marianna. I'm totally willing to bet mine are stress related but until life changes for the better, I can't seem to make the stress leave lol.
