Thank you, I have had them for over 15 years and so many people don’t think their seizures because of it not showing up on EEG’s. They are extremely disabling.
Oh I'm so sorry to hear. They're indeed debilitating, and stemming from all sorts of medical issues without doubt. It's a big topic, and like it happens in so many cases, only people who have suffered a certain ailment can truly understand what they go through. I hope you can continue to find good aid, sources and hope in your health journey. I'm currently writing this general health basics series, which is a 2-email part per system to cover the most comprehensive basics for everyone to learn a good overview. I'll definitely come to develop related topics and suggestions like yours. ❤️
I was really looking forward to seeing what you would write about peripheral nerve illnesses since it's even in the title of that section, but then you skipped illnesses and only speak on nerve injury. I might have skipped the read had you been more accurate in your description and section header...
Reading is difficult for me, what with my peripheral nervous system illness.
Hi Rhiannon! Thanks for your insight, it's really helpful. It's a lot of content and it indeed crossed my mind how to cover the basics without extending excessively, but you're absolutely right. There's more injury than the illness side of it on that section. I'll be happy to edit it to include that. Thanks again for your input! Means a lot. 😊
As someone with migraines and epilepsy, I have learned the importance of sleep as well as movement. And figuring out the right medication, which was a years long challenge. I have a piece posting later today about how to care for our bodies, which speaks to some of what you advocate here.
Hi Christine! Thank you so much for sharing here. True that. The right doses of medication in epilepsy are always tricky and so delicate. I'm glad you've got there. ❤️ Looking forward to read your piece. (Your bio is fascinating btw!) Thank you for being here. 😊
Please make something about non epileptic seizures. Not all seizures are epileptic and they don’t show up on a EEG
Hi Miranda! Great topic, and indeed a broad one too, requiring a whole post of its own. I'll take note on it for sure. Thanks for your suggestion! :)

Thank you! I'd love to read what you have to say about it 💜
