Grab a nice cuppa, a cosy throw and enjoy in the calmness of a peaceful evening reading at home.
Welcome to The Feel Good Life! A newsletter about health, prevention, empathy, and hope. Join me, Dr. Mariana, as I explore all sides of good health and a good life. New around here? Get started.
Good day, my dear Feel Gooders!
I’m writing to you from lovely Barcelona, where I am spending a few weeks between visiting my people and working on new things for The Feel Good Life. Exciting times! If someone would’ve told me that a year after leaving my traditional hospital job, I’d be living my writer life, I wouldn’t have believed it. Life indeed is full of surprises.
On that note, what is life surprising you with at the moment? Are you going through some kind of change or transition lately? For some reason, October has always been an eventful month in my life. One where the most important decisions and changes have taken place. October has something that makes us observe, rethink and make moves of some kind. Is that your case? How are you navigating it? Feel free to share in the comments.
As I think of this all, and after a year of writing this newsletter, I want to share today my most read pieces. I have always aimed to help, both from my professional and personal perspective and experiences. This newsletter has allowed me to do that—and it’s only the beginning!
I hope October brings you a lot of good thinking, opportunities, ease to navigate the difficult times too, and most of all, may it bring you to beautiful and important awarenesses about your life and yourself.
To help with this, I want to share today my 5 most popular posts. Health doesn’t have to be tedious or dull. In fact, it can be incredibly insightful when shared in the right way and wording—including both physical and emotional health, which as you might know by now, I’m all about. Everything is connected.
May this list gives you a good reading time and bring important insights to boost your life this week. Feel free to grab a nice cuppa, a cosy throw and enjoy in the calmness of a peaceful evening reading at home. Deal? Great!
Much love,
Dr. Mariana
